Elegant Studios Event Center is Fort Myers’ newest venue for celebrations and parties. Our 4300 square foot facility offers state-of-the-art amenities to make your celebration special and memorable. Our experienced team will take the stress and hassle out of the planning as we pay attention to every single detail.
Our Shala Room is perfect for an intimate celebration of up to 100 persons and our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 175 guests. We took great care to design a space that can serve as the backdrop for your most cherished memories and special occasions.
State-of-the-Art
The Event Center layout is a caterer’s dream. A caterer’s food truck can be driven to the back door where there is direct access to the large non-cooking kitchen. This room is also used as a buffet serving space.
Music is powered by a state-of-the-art Bose sound system. There is no need to rent a portable dance floor. All 4300 square feet of the Event Center is dance space. DJ Services are available and the modern DJ Booth and lighting options create the perfect party atmosphere.
The Event Center is also home to Elegant Rumba Dance Company and two world famous Latin dancers, Nery Garcia and Giana Montoya. Hire them to provide a show-stopping dance number for top-tier entertainment. Large screen video overheads are in every room for those occasions that require video.
Flexibility
The Event Center can be rented until 2:00 am and cleanup/breakdown is included in our package offerings. The team we have assembled to ensure your special occasion is perfect in every way, comes with years of experience and a commitment to service. We have packages available or we can work with you or your planner to fully customize your party or celebration.
We also provide an open vendor policy which gives you freedom to choose from outside licensed vendors.

Elegant Studios Event Center is centrally and conveniently located right off US 41 at the EXPO Center near Bell Tower Shops and Val Ward Cadillac Dealership.
