Weddings & Receptions
Elegant Studios Event Center is Fort Myers’ newest venue for weddings and receptions. We took great care to design a space that can serve as the backdrop for your most cherished memories. Imagine a Ceremony Room lit by a grand chandelier where vows are exchanged, complete with a bridal suite and a double door for the bride’s grand entrance.
Following the ceremony guests walk 50 steps to the Cocktail Reception Room to have refreshments and mingle, while the bridal party finishes up the ceremonial photo session. As guests walk into the Reception Room, a large HD screen projector is displaying photos of the bride and groom throughout their years. After everyone has had a chance to meet and mingle, the doors open to The Grand Ballroom for guests to find their seat and await the entrance of the bride and groom.
State-of-the-Art
The bride and groom, along with their bridal party, are received by their guests as one of their favorite songs plays over the Bose state-of-the-art sound system. Our modern and unique DJ Booth sits high over the crowd. At the appropriate time, a special video is shown on the large overhead screen.
The reception begins, toasts are made and the food is ready to be served.
The Event Center layout is a caterer’s dream. A caterer’s food truck can be driven to the back door where there is direct access to the large non-cooking kitchen. This room is also used as a buffet serving space that can easily accommodate two lines. Once the food is served and formalities are complete, it is time to dance. All 4300 square feet of the Event Center is dance floor. There is no need to bring in a portable floor.

After the first dance, we’ll turn down the main lights, turn on the club lights and create the perfect atmosphere for everyone to continue having a great time.
The Event Center can be rented until 12:00 am and cleanup/breakdown is included in our package offerings. The team we assembled to ensure your special day is perfect in every way, comes with years of experience and a commitment to service. We have packages available, or we can work with your planner to fully customize your wedding and reception.
We also provide an open vendor policy which gives the bride and groom freedom to choose from outside licensed vendors.

Elegant Studios Event Center is centrally and conveniently located right off US 41 at the EXPO Center near Bell Tower Shops and Val Ward Cadillac Dealership.
